How do I receive a digital ticket?

Obtain a digital ticket when you purchase a qualifying product at any participating Yesway or Allsup’s location and use your registered Yesway Rewards and Allsup’s Rewards account.

Why didn’t I receive my digital ticket via email?

You must subscribe to receive email or SMS communications during your Yesway Rewards and Allsup’s Rewards member registration process in order to receive your Digital ticket. If you have not subscribed to receive emails and wish to play the Digital Game, you must register your account at or or through the Yesway or Allsup’s mobile app. If you still do not receive your Digital ticket via email, you can access via our contest website by logging into your account at

How do I sign-up for a Yesway Rewards and Allsup’s Rewards account?

You can register for Yesway Rewards at and you can register for Allsup’s Rewards at Or you can download the Yesway Rewards or Allsup’s Rewards app through the Apple App Store (for iPhone users) or through the Google Play store (for android users) on your mobile device or tablet. Open the App and follow the instructions to complete the one time Electronic Sign-Up Form. Allow up to two days in order to start receiving your digital tickets after becoming a Yesway Rewards and Allsup’s Rewards member.

How do I know if I’m a Sweepstakes Winner?

If you are drawn in the sweepstakes you will receive a phone call or email from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided on your Yesway Rewards and Allsup’s Rewards account. A maximum of three attempts will be made to contact any winner.

How do I redeem my instant prize?

When you open your digital ticket and reveal an instant win prize message, your prize will automatically be loaded onto your Yesway Rewards and Allsup’s Rewards account. To redeem, visit a participating Yesway or Allsup’s location, pick-up the product and bring to checkout. Then use your Yesway Rewards and Allsup’s Rewards account when checking out to receive your prize. All instant product prizes expire on September 8, 2021. There is no expiry on the Yesway Rewards Points and Smile Prizes.

Why am I getting a CSRF token message?

This problem usually occurs because the web browser on your computer or device is probably outdated.
